LADIES!! This program was specifically made for you and your goals in mind, during these 8 weeks we will focus on toning and shaping up your entire body. By the end of these 8 weeks you will have tight abs, toned back, defined arms and a great lower body shape that will help you be ready for the summer to show off all the hard work you put in.


This Program was designed for a full gym. So you will need access to free weights, cables, dumbbells, cardio equipment and exercise machines.
