Throughout these 8 weeks  we will focus on toning  the body while adding lean muscle through a variety of workouts. We will be building muscle while shaping the body to look more cut and athletic. 


This program was developed to be done at a gym, so you will need access to free weights, dummbells, machines and other workout equipment.
